This moving meditation invites the body into the healing process. You’ll begin by stepping into the image you’ve created of your demon, allowing its energy, posture, and emotional tone to inform how you move. Rather than dancing beautifully or freely, the intention is to move honestly — noticing where the body feels tight, heavy, restricted, frustrated, or hidden. By allowing the body to express what words cannot, this practice brings unconscious patterns into awareness in a powerful and embodied way. While it may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable at first, many people experience a sense of release, insight, or even liberation as movement gives expression to what has been held inside. Through this process, the demon becomes less frightening and more understood — another part of you finding its way back into relationship.
