This module is an invitation to pause, soften, and allow yourself to imagine what may feel just out of reach right now. So often, we limit our future by what we’ve experienced in the past. Here, you’re gently encouraged to step beyond old patterns and give your imagination permission to dream again. Through reflective journalling prompts, you’ll begin to explore who your future self is becoming and what truly matters to you. You’ll then be guided through Ujjayi breath to calm the mind and steady the nervous system, creating the inner safety needed for clear visioning. From this grounded place, the Dream Big guided meditation will support you in visualising your future self with openness and curiosity — not forcing outcomes, but allowing possibilities to arise naturally. This module isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about reconnecting with your capacity to imagine, feel, and trust what wants to emerge.
