YOGA: RESTORATIVE RELEASE

20 mins

This restorative yoga practice offers you the time and support to fully release held tension from both body and mind. Using props such as a bolster (or a pillow rolled in a blanket), cushions, and a blanket, the body is carefully supported so that no effort is required. In this state of rest, the nervous system can begin to unwind deeply. Restorative yoga is a powerful antidote to attachment. As the body settles into stillness, layers of tension — often held unconsciously — are given permission to dissolve. This practice invites you to soften your grip, drop beneath doing, and experience the quiet nourishment that comes from true rest. It’s here, in this supported letting go, that renewal and integration naturally occur.
