

This Flow Class is based around the winter solstice, this is the perfect time for deep inner reflection. Harness the natural energy of the longer nights by drawing inward using movement, breath and self enquiry. The class ends with Tratak (candle gazing) you can either focus on mine on the screen or have your own candle to use.
