

It's Christmas! Let your Christmas Elf guide you through this Gentle Yoga class that focusses on slowing down and finding peace within. The class includes postures that open up the chest, upper back and shoulders as well as including a guided peace meditation to end. You will need a bolster and a strap for this class. (Apologies but I attached the wrong mic to myself so it's a quieter recording when I'm further away from the screen.) CLASS OUTLINE: - Shake off the day - Ujjayi breath with longer exhale & mantra repetition - Supported bound angle pose (bolster & cushions are needed) - Shoulder & upper back release - Seated lateral stretch - Neck release - Cat/cow pose - Child pose - Chair pose with balance - Forward bend - Down Dog - Cow's Horn arms in Child's pose - Shoulder release using a strap - Mountain pose - Legs up wall - Guided relaxation - Peace meditation to end
