FLOW YOGA: Focussed Awareness

This Flow Yoga class focusses on calming and settling the mind and beginning to perceive that which is beyond the movement of the mind. Through movement linked with breath, focus and intention the mind begins to clear and your inner sight expands allowing you to see your patterns and have a deeper understanding of yourself. The class starts with breathwork to activate and increase your energy and includes standing postures and balances that bring focussed awareness.
