This yoga class is a gentle exploration within and includes breath, movement and stretches that free up the inner and outer thighs, hips and hamstrings. The focus is on noticing when you drop into comfort - push a little beyond into the stretch. CLASS OUTLINE: - Notice how you feel - Let go on exhale - Pranayama practice extending both inhale and exhale - Pelvic rocking - Spinal rolling - Thread needle - Hamstring stretch - Supine twist - Inner & Outer thigh activation - Cows horn pose - Seated lateral stretch - Wide legged forward bend - Forearm stretches in all-4s - Down Dog - Pigeon pose - Childs pose - Yoga Nidra to bring balance into the left and right side of the body
