FLOW YOGA: Move Patterns from the Mind

This Flow Yoga Class focusses on Natarajasana (Dancing Siva Pose). The focus will be on the understandment that life moves in cycles, we move through different phases, different thoughts, etc and that nothing stays the same. Using witness consciousness begin to acknowledge what is going on in your own life and what no longer serves you. Then commit to releasing from the grip of these patterns. Class Outline: - Intro to the Theme - Eye Movements - Pumping Breath - Childs Pose - Thunderbolt Pose with Arm Circle - Frog Dog - Hip Hinge in Forward Bend - Downward Facing Dog - Strengthen Gluts and Hips (using a block or cushion) - Downward Facing Dog - Standing Forward Bend - Crescent Stretch in Standing - Standing Forward Bend - 3-legged Downward Facing Dog - Crescent Moon Pose - Gate Pose - Side Bow Variation - Plank Pose - Side Plank - Downward Facing Dog - Shoulder Releaser (you need a strap for this) - Warrior 2 Pose - Extended Side Angle Variations - Triangle Pose - Half Moon Pose - Sugarcane Pose - Dancing Siva at the Wall - Dancing Siva Pose - Bridge Pose (you will need a block or cushion between the thighs) - Seated Twist - Seated Forward Bend - Relaxation with Music - Om Namah Sivaya to End
