This Flow yoga class opens up the front line of the body to prepare you for the beautiful balancing pose Najarajasana (Standing Shiva pose). Through leg stretches, shoulder prep as well as strength training you begin to reach into postures that are challenging without feeling overwhelmed in your mind. You will need a strap, brick and bolster for this practice.
