

This Gentle Yoga Class focusses on freeing all the joints in your body and activating your digestive organs. Pawanmuktasana Series 1 (Anti-rheumatic) and Series 2 (Digestive/Abdominal) offer benefits like increased flexibility, reduced joint stiffness and improved digestion. Series 1 prepares the body by loosening joints, while Series 2 strengthens the digestive system and abdominal organs. Collectively they help reduce stress, improve blood flow to joints and organs and can aid in preventing issues like arthritis and indigestion. You can do this series in a chair or on the floor and do not need a yoga mat.
