FLOW YOGA: Stretch Into Bliss

This Flow based yoga class focusses on your experiences of bliss. There was a problem with wifi at the beginning so you miss the opening introduction. The class opens up with a breath practice. Focus though on what experiences in your life leave you feeling blissful and imagine expanding these into your heart.
