

This is a Gentle Yoga class and you will need a bolster and blanket to support you. You can make your own bolster by folding a pillow longwise in half and wrapping it in a towel tightly. The aim of the class is to open up the front of your body, tap into contentment and leave you with a sense of blissful ease.
