This series moves gently into the heart of compassion - beginning with self-trust, slowing down and learning to meet ourselves with softness rather than pressure. Each class, from our gentle flows to our slower, more spacious practices, are designed to help you listen inward, honour your limits and cultivate a kinder relationship with your body and mind. As the month unfolds, we’ll explore how compassion expands: first toward ourselves, then into how we move, breathe, rest and show up in the world. December becomes an invitation to soften, to steady and to feel held by your practice, by your breath and by the community around you.
