This course offers a deeply supportive, body-based approach to manifestation — one that honours your nervous system, your emotional world, and your lived experience. Rather than focusing solely on mindset, you’ll work with breath, movement, meditation, journalling, and creative practices to gently shift long-held patterns and open yourself to new possibilities. Included in this course is a printable guide with journalling prompts. It is recommended that you have a journal and coloured pens/pencils to support the material. Please note the introduction video mentions two livestream sessions - this is no longer included in the course making it more affordable.

This is where you begin dreaming boldly without limitation. You’ll be guided to transform your creative exploration into a clear, memorable sankalpa - your personal vision statement. Together we refine your desires into simple, potent words that act as your compass going forward. You’ll also explore how challenges function as stepping stones rather than setbacks, giving you resilience and strength as your path unfolds. By the end of this module, you’ll not only have a beautifully crafted vision for your life, but you’ll also feel it in your body. Instead of judging these patterns or ignoring them, you’ll learn how to bring them gently into the light so they can finally be understood and transformed. This compassionate awareness is essential if you want to move forward freely and sustainably. Through journaling, mind mapping and embodied practices, you’ll uncover the deeper beliefs that quietly sabotage your progress and begin replacing them with supportive, empowering thought patterns aligned with your sankalpa.
