CALM THE MIND

January invites us to pause before we rush forward. Rather than fixing or forcing change, this month is about resetting and opening space for what wants to emerge. In this series these classes will support you in releasing the energy of the year that has passed and meeting the year ahead as a blank canvas - calm, unwritten, open and full of possibility. All the practices are inspired by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. You’ll be guided through a blend of Gentle and Flow sessions, all designed to: - Soften the body and settle the nervous system - Release physical and emotional residue from the past year - Create space for clarity, intention, and renewed energy - Move forward feeling grounded rather than rushed Expect nourishing movement, mindful transitions and moments of stillness that allow reflection and integration. Whether you’re arriving tired, hopeful, uncertain or quietly excited - these practices meet you exactly where you are.
